Based on the priorities identified and agreed by the tripartite constituents and stakeholders, the consultant will finalize a high quality DWCP by clearly articulating the decent work priorities and results that constituents aspire to achieve in the coming years and take into account the lessons learned from the DWCP 2017-2021. The new DWCP should clearly show alignment of Samoa-s national development priorities, the UN 2030 Development Agenda, the UNSDCF, the UN-s country implementation plan (CIP) and the 2050 Strategy.
