Additional Models May be Purchased Later in 2021 or Within Contract Terms. the City of Calgary Water Services Are Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of over 8, 000 Km of Sanitary and Storm Sewer Mains. As Such, Cctv Inspection and Evaluation Forms an Integral Part in Providing a Reliable Service to Our Customers by Enabling Inspection and Evaluation of Sewer Mains in Order to Implement Effective Preventative Maintenance and Rehabilitation Practices. the Highest Rated Proponent will be Requested to Enter an Agreement with the City for the Provision of the Deliverables. the Term of the Agreement May Include a Proof of Concept, with an Option in Favour of the City to Renew the Agreement on the Same Terms and Conditions for an Initial Term of up to One (1) Years. After the Initial Term, the City will have an Option to Renew the Agreement on the Same Terms and Conditions for Two (2) Additional Two (2) Year Terms for a Potential Total Term of Five (5) Years. This Procurement Process is Not Intended to Create and will Not Create a Formal Legally Binding Bidding Process and will Instead be Governed by the Law Applicable to Direct Commercial Negotiations. the City of Calgary
