SUBMITTAL One (1) electronic copy of the proposal should be submitted by email to [email protected] by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 23rd, 2026 and in addition to the other requirements for submissions, meet the following conditions: a. Subject Line to include: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - SEACAN b. Message Body to include: Respondent Name, Company, Contact Information, Brief Description of the equipment; c. Submission Attachment: The submission must be in .pdf format with the Project Name and Proponent-s name in the file name. OR One (1) proposal shall be signed and submitted and sealed in an envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - SEACAN.” Proposals may be mailed to the Town of Nipawin - Fire/Protective Services, Box 2134, Nipawin, SK. S0E 1E0. Proposals must be received prior to 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 23rd, 2026. OR One (1) proposal shall be signed and submitted and sealed in an envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - SEACAN.” Proposals may be hand delivered to the Nipawin Town Office 210 2nd Avenue East and received prior to 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 23rd, 2026. Submissions will be date and time stamped based on the date and time shown when the proposal is received. If sent by email and multiple emails are required, the time of the final email will be used. Facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
