Object of the contract
1. The contract is for the supply, installation and commissioning of a brand new CT scanner at the premises of the disassembled tomography - a detailed description in Annex no. 2 SIWZ.2. Offered subject of the agreement meets the requirements of the Act of 20.5.2010 on Medical Devices ( Journal of Laws No. 107, item. 679 ).Rodzaj documentation to be included in the tender is in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.3.
