Toll services Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Customer in connection with ensuring the collection of Tolls, which are defined in these Tender Documents, including: a) Preparation of the Provider for the provision of Services in Phase 1 - Preparation, b) Current operation of the Services, c) Customer services. Provided directly to the Customer (Front-office) through individual channels of Customer Services, ii. The services will carry out the agenda of managing relations with the Customers (Back-office), iii. Payment services infrastructure, d) Logistics Services OBUe) Operations Services OBUf) Termination of the provision of Services. The subject of performance of the Agreement is also the implementation of certain Services provided at the express instruction of the Customer, specifically: a) changes to the scope of the network of Customer Locations, b) additional training of the Customer's employees, c) provision of technical assistance for the Customer, d) updating of contextual data.
