The Town of Lunenburg is looking to enhance its Urban Forest. The Town has selected sites for 23 trees to be planted the fall of 2025. Red Maple (Acer Rubrum) 2 Magnolia Single Stem(Judy Zuk) 2 Kwanzen Cherry (Prunus Serutata) 2 Crabapple (Malus spp) 3 Pin Oak (Quercus Palustris) 1 Japanese Maple (Bloodgood) 2 Spruce (Picea) 1 White Dogwood (Cornus Florida Std) 2 Pink Dogwood (Cornus Florida f. Rubra) 3 Sugar Maple (Acer Saccharum) 5 All proponents must include the following information in their proposal: - The proponent shall provide a list of the trees that they are sourcing, with both English and Latin names. - Shipping time/estimated delivery date. - The start date and end date of the planting of trees needs to be clearly specified as a commitment by the proponent. - Provide a typical tree planting detail. - Proponents shall provide, where applicable, hourly rates for additional work if requested.
