The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is establishing a new training academy in Florence, Texas, scheduled for completion in Fall 2027. To commemorate the move of the new academy, the Training Operations Division (TOD) is seeking a qualified contractor to create artwork for custom “commemorative” hat boxes that DPS will then have manufactured, with the goal to have a separate and unique image for each of the four hat boxes. The contractor-s artwork will be used by a box manufacturer and printed onto 15.5” x 18” cardboard boxes fabricated to hold the hats.
