INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

Tobacco Farmers/Cooperatives' Hybrid Corn Seed Subsidy for Alternative Farming Livelihood Project

1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Special Budget # 01 (RA 7171), AO # 2022-01 Series of 2022 intends to apply the sum of PhP279, 999, 690.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Tobacco Farmers/Cooperatives' Hybrid Corn Seed Subsidy for Alternative Farming Livelihood Project-PGIS-159-2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
