The second envelope: contains the technical offer and technical specifications The third envelope: contains the financial and commercial offer, including the individual and total prices of the materials provided Primary insurance / 24, 890, 000 / only twenty-four million eight hundred and ninety thousand Syrian pounds for more Final deposit / 10% of the total value of the referral Implementation period: three months (90) ninety days Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: three months from the date of opening of bids, automatically renewed once In the event that there is no objection within seven days following the expiry date of the period Accept split offer To obtain a booklet of technical, legal and financial conditions, visit the Hospital Supplies and Contracts Department for an amount of 200, 000 LBP.
