These devices are automatically operating electromechanical devices using robot technique. Are capable of pre -programmed schedule, the weekOn any day, at an arbitrarily prescribed time: a. Prepare and check the radio probe for measurement, b. Fill the probe to the high -air balloon with hydrogen gas, c. to launch the radio probe at least at the specified time, d. by the probe mWith the help of its radio tax, buy and process atmospheric data radiated in real time, e. Data are produced in the format suitable for international meteorological data exchange and transmitted by standard IT tools.
