Start date: 07-23-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Al-Furat University Announcing an internal request for proposals Al-Furat University announces a request for offers to implement a number of projects in accordance with the technical specifications books prepared for this purpose according to the following: Statement of the implementation period for primary retail insurance Providing and implementing furniture Laboratory for the Faculty of Human Medicine and Nursing at Al-Furat University in Deir ez-Zor 50 100, 000 SYP per day, indivisible Providing and implementing laboratory furniture for the College of Petrochemical Engineering at Al-Furat University in Deir Ezzor 50 100, 000 SYP per day, indivisible - Last day to submit offers (Sunday) Corresponding to: 8/16/2026 AD until fifteen o-clock. Offers will be opened the next day at the university-s headquarters, and each offer will be submitted separately. - The final insurance is 10% of the referral value. - The late fine is 0.001 one per thousand for each day of delay. - Affixing a legal stamp to the application The subscription is a new 1000 SYP to be paid at the Finance Directorate. - The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 90 days from the date of opening the bids - The offers are submitted, accompanied by the identification documents, initial insurance, and the technical and financial offer, to the university president-s office. - The provisions of Law No. 51 of the year apply to the advertisement 2004 AD and its amendments, the book of general conditions issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and the book of special technical, legal and financial conditions.
