1) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. #1031-2025 AO #23, series of 2025, 20% DF, Capital Outlay (300)/ Responsibility Center: 8918-038(26) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Construction/Improvement of Road in Sitio Naga, Barangay Calango, Municipality of Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
