1) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. #765-2025 AO #15, series of 2025, General Fund 70% DRRMF/ Responsibility Center: 9998-20(25) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Construction of Multipurpose Evacuation Center, Sitio Upper Jugno, Brgy. Jugno, Amlan, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project (pls. see Scope of Works on page 61). Completion of the Works is required 133 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
