1) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. #1031-2025 AO #23, series of 2025, 70% PDRRMF, Capital Outlay (300) / Responsibility Center: 9998-09(26) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 920, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the “Additional Appropriation of Construction of Multi-purpose Evacuation Center, Barangay Tayak, Siaton, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project (pls. see Scope of Works on page 61). Completion of the Works is required 107.25 Calendar Days.
