A brief description of the procurement: The object of public procurement is to design and build water and sewerage pipeline in Muuga Harbor. The procurement is divided into two parts. The volume of both construction works includes the preparation of a work project, applying for a building permit, procurement of materials and delivery, construction work in accordance with the work project, preparation of the implementation documentation and applying for a permit for the completed facility. The technical conditions are given in Annex 1 and 2 of the Rhad and in the adds.
