Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new Medical Center and a library on the parcels of the park. No. 370 and 373 in the cadastral territory of Štěnovice. A total of three new buildings are proposed in the addressed area - two buildings with medical offices and a library building. Included constructions are new water supply, sewage and gas pipeline connections. The subject of the performance of the public contract is precisely specified in the contract for the work (appendix no. 1 Tender documentation) and the project documentation prepared by the company projectstudio8 s.r.o., IČ 26395606 (appendix No. 2 Tender documentation). The implementation of the construction will take place in accordance with: - Tender conditions for awarding the public contract in question - Building permit, issued by OÚ Štěnovice, Department of Construction, reference number: R/2026/39372/2 dated 17.03.2026, which became legally binding on 02.04.2026. - Documentation for the execution of the construction More procurement documentation.
