Energie Thun AG, together with Fernwärme Thun AG, is planning to expand the network from the already built line in Burgerstrasse via Mittlere Strasse and crossing the Stockhornstrasse into Waisenhausstrasse including various house connections in the project perimeter in order to connect the adjacent areas with district heating. With the construction of the district heating, several sections of the gas and drinking water pipeline (under Subject to credit approval) and the electrical supply was renovated. Most of the edges, drainage and asphalt surface of the road sections for the city of Thun will also be renovated.
