This is a notice of the Government s intent to award a sole source, open market purchase order in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 (b). The justification for this sole source action is the authority at Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with CHAMPION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC (UEI: KLV4JGZNZJE8) for subscription license of tissue and implant tracking software, specifically InVita Unique Device Identifier (UDI) Tracker to include Single Sign On and VistA Interface (SSO SAML Integration, SSO SAML Integration Implementation, VistA Interface Implementation, and VistA Interface Annual Fees), distributed by CHAMPION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC for use at the Durham VA Medical Center located in Durham, NC. The software is currently in use at Durham VAMC, previously procured under contract 36C24620P0874. CHAMPION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC (UEI: KLV4JGZNZJE8) is the sole distributor of InVita UDI Tracker.

No solicitation documents are available, and telephonic inquiries will not be taken.
