Tires for trucks and truck trailers. Tires for trucks and truck trailers according to the technical description in the price list. As part of this procurement, bidders can only offer tire models for which the "organization check" procedure has been successfully completed in public EPREL website. Exemption from the requirement is possible only for OFF ROAD tires. Reasoning: EPREL is the European database on energy efficiency labeling, designed as a source of important data on energy efficiency consumers. Its purpose is to improve market surveillance and enforcement activities within the EU. It is the legal obligation of suppliers (manufacturers, importers and authorized representatives) of products covered by the EU regulation on energy efficiency labeling to transfer data about their products to that database before putting those products on sale on the EU market. In accordance with the new regulation on tire labeling, from May 1, 2021, tire manufacturers must also enter information into the database before releasing tires for sale on the EU market.
