Part I of the procurement object - Tires for buses and trolleybuses.
The purchase object is divided into 2 parts of the purchase object, for each part of the purchase object a separate contract will be concluded: Part I of the procurement object Tires for buses and trolleybuses; Part II of the procurement object - Minibus tires. The supplier can submit offers for one or all parts of the procurement object. Offers must be submitted for all the Goods specified in a separate part of the procurement object scope. The volume of goods specified in different parts of the procurement object is not divided. A total amount not exceeding 10 (ten) percent of the initial price of the respective part of the procurement object may be allocated for the purchase of unforeseen goods in each part of the procurement object during the entire period of validity of the contract contract value. This amount is included in the maximum value of the purchase contract determined for the relevant part of the procurement object. The procuring entity determines the maximum value of the purchase contract separately for each part of the procurement object for the period of the Goods order, i.e. i.e. the maximum funds for the purchase amount: for part I of the procurement object "Bus and trolleybus tires" - EUR 400, 000.00 excluding VAT; For part II of the procurement object "Minibus tires" - EUR 100, 000.00 excluding VAT.
