Part I of the procurement object - Tires for buses and trolleybuses. Part II of the procurement object - Minibus tires.
UAB "Kauno bussai" (Purchasing Entity) intends to purchase tires for motor vehicles. The procurement object is divided into 2 parts of the procurement object, a separate contract will be concluded for each part of the procurement object: Part I of the procurement object - Tires for buses and trolleybuses; Part II of the procurement object - Minibus tires. The supplier can submit offers for one or all parts of the procurement object. Offers must be submitted for the entire volume of Goods specified in a separate part of the procurement object. The volume of goods specified in different parts of the procurement object is not divided. A total amount not exceeding 10 (ten) percent of the initial contract value of the corresponding part of the procurement object may be allocated for the purchase of unforeseen goods in each part of the procurement object during the entire period of validity of the contract. This amount is included in the maximum value of the purchase contract determined for the relevant part of the procurement object.
