Tender Details
The acquisition concerns property management and maintenance of properties managed by Jyvaeskylae Tilapalvelu. Property maintenance includes both interior work and maintenance of outdoor areas, snow work and anti-slippery.
The procurement includes property inspection services, for which the Customer requires that the property inspectionmo receives alarms from the property's systems 24/7, analyzes them and takes the necessary measures depending on the nature of the alarm. It must be possible to remotely check, adjust and control building automation systems 24/7 from the property management office.
Subscriberla uses Buildercom's maintenance book (BEM), which describes the content of the tasks by site. In order to submit a bid, the bidder must familiarize himself with the descriptions of the contents of the tasks presented in the maintenance book. PROVIDER IDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE BOOK The IDs are requested by e-mailing support@buildercom.fi. In the subject line/message field of the e-mail, you must definitely write: JKL TIPA KH competition 2024/ BEM IDs. Providers can tour the outdoor areas independently. If the bidder wants to take a guided tour of some of the sites, theita informs tiia.pirttimaki@ramboll.fi by Monday 11 March 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The message must indicate the sites the bidder wants to visit.
