TIPA / Kauramäki daycare school + indoor gym, technical KVR contract Spaces for early childhood education, basic education and sports services are being planned for the Kauramäki daycare school. The facilities for early childhood education are sized for 10 nursing pairs and the facilities for basic education eight for the basic education group. In the evenings, the building's large sports hall and skill hall serve sports clubs and sports hobby groups. The project is implemented as a technical KVR contract, where the client is responsible for the architectural design. The contractor is responsible for others on the procurement of design areas and design guidance in accordance with the KVR procedure. More detailed content is presented in the procurement documents.
