Reason for amendment is to change the response date from 08 January 2026 to 14 January 2026 in order to allow additional time due to the holidays. Contractor shall provide a prebuilt modular home with a screened-in outdoor porch. Exterior dimensions not to exceed 13 feet 8 inched by 39 feet 7.inches Entrance to the building will be from the porch. Building to be built for 4-seasonuse. Building exterior shall include the following (final colors to be determined at a later date, shall be selected from manufacturers standard selection), Standing seam metal roof, 5:12 pitch(with a factory applied finish), Engineered wood lap siding and trims, with textured finish and factory allied primer and finish, LED outdoor lighting near entryway, Insulated single hung low E vinyl windows without grid, Main entryway from porch to have lockable painted 6 panel steel entryway door with smart programmable smart lock, Provide electrical panel box in NEMA rated enclosure for 50 amp service, Insulated skirting, R11 or greater to be supplied along the building that will match building siding and will cover the underside of the building and span to grade. An access door is to be supplied on the skirting large enough to access the underbelly of the building. Building interior shall include the following: Kitchen to include 18 CF stainless steel refrigerator, full size gas range, space saver microwave, single bowl stainless steel drop-in sink, box built cabinets with adjustable shelves, soft close dovetail drawers, 6-inch tile backsplash, and solid surface granite countertops (final finishes/colors to be determined at a later date, shall be selected from manufacturers standard selection), Full bathroom to include tile shower with glass door and shower road, china lavatory sink with metal faucets, 6-inch tile backsplash, elongated comfort height residential toilet, rainfall and handheld shower heads, 1 each and toilet paper holder and towel bar, 18k/24k fully electric split system unit for heat...
