Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the timber necessary for educational purposes acquired by the Raisio region's educational municipality association (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Unit"), which the Procurement Unit uses for construction related to the training. In procurement, public procurement applies and the law on right-of-use agreements (1397/2016, "procurement law"). The anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value for goods procurement according to Section 26 of the Procurement Act. Based on the procurement procedure, a framework arrangement is formed. Through the framework arrangement the main products to be procured are listed in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders, Price Form. The procurement procedure is the open procedure according to Section 32 of the Procurement Act. The procurement is a framework arrangement according to Section 42 of the Procurement Act. To the framework arrangement the three (3) bidders ranked best in the comparison will be selected as framework contract suppliers. The basis for comparison of the offers is overall economic affordability, which is based on the lowest total comparative price. If there are fewer than three bidders (3), all bidders who meet the suitability and minimum requirements and who have submitted a bid in accordance with the request for bids will be selected for the framework arrangement. The contract period is two (2) years. In addition to the actual contract period, the acquisition includes two (2) option periods, which are one (1) year long (1+1).
