General work description:The City of Florissant is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, professional contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing pool deck tile surrounding the indoor pool at the James J. Eagan Center.All work shall be performed during the facility-s annual pool shutdown period and must be fully completed in August 2026, in coordination with City staff to minimize disruption and ensure timely reopening of the facility in September 2026.The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition and disposal of existing tile, surface preparation, installation of new pool deck tile and associated materials, and restoration of adjacent areas affected by the work.
