1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U)- Iloilo City Campus, through FY 2026 - Fund 05A, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN PESOS AND 40/100 ONLY (PhP 1, 691, 747.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Tile Installation of 2nd to 4th Floor Hallway and Classrooms at the L- Building with Project Reference No. ISAT U INFRA 2026-06-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ISAT U - Iloilo City Campus invites bids for the Tile Installation of 2nd to 4th Floor Hallway and Classrooms at the L- Building as specified in sections VI (Schedule of Requirements and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Completion of works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar days and Start of Implementation is 10 Calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
