Tile delivery to Kildeskovshallen, renovation of changing rooms In connection with a major renovation of Kildeskovshallen, Gentofte Municipality plans to purchase custom-made tiles for use in renovating the changing facilities. The swimming pool is built in 1966-1969 and is protected. The acquisition will be a builder's supply for the renovation contract. The purpose of this advance notification is to inform the market and potential suppliers about the expected acquisition so that they are given the opportunity to allocate resources to make offers. It is expected that the procurement will be carried out as a public tender, cf. Section 56 of the Public Procurement Act, which will be sent for publication on 3 July 2026. The tender deadline, within which samples must be submitted, is expected to be 21 September 2026. Precisely because of the requirement to submit product samples in the tender phase, Gentofte Municipality has chosen to notify the tender already now. After publication of the tender announcement, an information meeting will be held. It is expected that this will be held on 9 July 2026, and it will also be possible to obtain samples of the existing tiles. Any interested bidders are therefore asked to reserve this date already now. Due to the preservation of the building, it will be a requirement that the tiles must have the same dimensions and colors as the original ones, which places special demands on quality and the manufacturing process.
