TII is seeking proposals for the supply of an on-line, off-the-shelf Tender Evaluation System (TES) that meets TII-s requirements, with minimal modification, along with the delivery of associated staff training, technical support, evaluation planning and support services. The TES will have two separate instances, this Lot 2 will be managed by MetroLink e-Evaluation Team. The TES will be used as a tool to evaluate various TII procurement competitions over the coming years. The winning solution will provide a secure, efficient and robust environment for the evaluation of tenders for TII-s procurements, and will enable TII to evaluate tenders in an organised, structured and digital environment. It is expected that MetroLink will have initially high requirements for licenses and support as set out in the Pricing Schedule. Support will also be required for initial set-up and training with ad-hoc support available for the duration of the contract.
