Tietgenskolen - Tender for cleaning 2026 - Prequalification Servicemægleren A/S is pleased to assist Tietgenskolen (hereafter referred to as "Client") with the above-mentioned offer of cleaning. The task includes cleaning at Tietgenskolen located at the following addresses: Elmelundsvej 10, 5200 Odense V (HHX) Seebladsgade 12, 5000 Odense (EUD and EUX Business as well as management and finance) Rugårdsvej 286, 5210 Odense NV (Courses) The task concerns carrying out daily programmed cleaning of teaching rooms, common areas, canteen areas, toilet facilities and other related areas, including rooms in selected locations. The client's daily users mainly consist of students and administrative staff. There are around 25, 000 m2 that must be cleaned daily at Ordering party at its addresses. The task is not divided into subcontracts. The scope of the cleaning task is described in more detail in the building and premises registers with associated drawings (Appendix C and C1).
