Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MAOperational Contracting Division

1. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole sourcecontract to ACTION TARGET. The requirement to procure action target walls to update theaction target wall system already in place. The requirements will be in accordance with thespecifications in the statement of work (SOW).

The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intendsto solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to Daniel ONeill atdaniel.oneill.2@us.af.mil and Ms. Eva Leavitt at eva.leavitt@us.af.mil no later than 07 July 2025@ 1400 EST. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal(RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basisof this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although“proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated asinformation only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurementIAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
