The preliminary quantity of goods (and related services) is indicated in Appendix 1 of the description of tender conditions, it may be reduced during the execution of the contract according to the needs of the Contracting Authority or increased. At most, during the execution of the contract, no more than EUR 48, 033.00 will be purchased without VAT (VAT is not applicable to the object of purchase, in accordance with Article 20 of the Value Added Tax Law of the Republic of Lithuania). Bids exceeding this amount will be are considered unacceptable and will be rejected. The object of purchase is not divided into parts.
