Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Treasure Island E1.2 Senior housing project in San Francisco. We are in receipt of the 50%CD Set and are currently requesting bids from qualified subcontractors for Design-Build Fire Protection & Underground Fire Line, EBM, Solar, and Elevators. The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) has set the SBE participation goal for this project at 20%. Subcontractors received an email notification via BuildingConnected to access and download associated files. Bids are due Friday, January 30, 2026 @ 2:00pm. Project Name: Treasure Island E1.2 Senior Project Location: Treasure Island E1.2, San Francisco Owner: Mercy Housing Architect: Santo Prescott and Associates Project Description: The project shares a 43, 000 square foot site with the Behavioral Health building (constructed by others) on Treasure Island in San Francisco. The shared, undeveloped lot is bounded by Trade Winds Ave on the south, Phillips Lane on the east, E1.1 to the north, and Macky Lane on the west. 100 units of affordable senior housing with associated community and management spaces. The total new construction area is approximately 88, 000 square feet. Project will be Green Point Rated with a minimum of 125 points. Massing of the building arranged to create one courtyard. Five stories total. Construction type IIB. The building has a floor-to-floor height of 9--10” for residential levels and 15--0” for the ground level, for a total building height (to roof) of 55--0”.
