THROUGH THIS TYPE OF CONTRACTING, THE NEED TO HAVE THE ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS, EMERGENCY PLANTS, UPS, LIGHTNING REAR SYSTEM AND PHYSICAL GROUNDS IN OPTIMUM OPERATING CONDITIONS IS MADE AS IT IS NECESSARY FOR THESE EQUIPMENT, COMPONENTS AND SYSTEMS, DO NOT PRESENT FAULTS OR MALFUNCTION, SINCE ANY FAILURE THAT PRESENTS THEM, WOULD NOT ONLY CAUSE PROBLEMS IN THE ATTENTION OF USERS, BUT ALSO AFFECTS THE CONSERVATION OF SOME THERMOLABLE DRUGS, SAMPLES OF CLINICAL ANALYSIS, BLOOD BANK AND VACCINES, SO THE MAINTENANCE REFERRED TO IS SEEKED TO AVOID A DETRIMENT TO THE HEALTH SERVICES SUBJECT TO THIS INSTITUTE, AS WELL AS GREATER EXPENSES TO ADDRESS ANY CONTINGENCY THAT COULD ARISE DUE TO THE LACK OF REQUIRED SERVICE; WHICH WOULD BE CONTRARY TO THE OBJECTIVE AND MISSION OF THIS INSTITUTE. Through this type of contracting, the need to have electrical substations and power plants in optimal operating conditions is satisfied. Emergency, Ups, Lightning Rod System and Physical Grounds Since it is necessary that these equipment, components and systems do not present failures or malfunction, since any failure that occurs in them, would not only cause problems in the Attention of Users, But It Also Affects the Conservation of Some Thermolabile Drugs, Clinical Analysis Samples, Blood Banks and Vaccines, Therefore, with the aforementioned maintenance, the aim is to avoid a detriment to the Health Services Object of This Institute, As Well As Major Expenses To Address Any Contingency That May Arise Due To The Lack Of The Required Service; Which would be contrary to the objective and mission of this Institute.
