Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) is implementing a secure and robust Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) nationwide as part of its Smart Grid initiative, aiming for operational excellence, technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and enhanced customer satisfaction. This Tender aims to select a qualified Contractor to provide skilled manpower to support AMI operations and daily metering works. The Contractor shall ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, and management of KAHRAMAA-s metering infrastructure, supporting the ongoing nationwide rollout of AMI technology. The project scope includes providing skilled manpower to support customer service operations and related activities. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure efficient handling, support, and management of KAHRAMAA-s customer service functions Detailed requirements are outlined in the bidding documents.
