This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Construction of the Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Effluent Outfall (Offshore), as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

This project is to construct the effluent outfall (Offshore), starting at the Grey Street North unopened road allowance on the north side of Bay Street (Thornbury, Ontario) to the new valve chamber, and extending 1500 m into Georgian Bay.
