This Service Aims to Guarantee the Correct Planning, Organization, Execution, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement of the Activities Linked to Blue Health, Ensuring Their Methodological Consistency, Technical Quality and Adequacy to the Objectives of project In particular, the contract will include, among others, the following functions: • Support for the prospecting, identification, selection and articulation of centers, entities, operators and suppliers of aquatic and maritime activities; • Coordination Operational and Logistics of the Activities, including the Planning of Calendars, the Interlocution with the Agents involved and the Management of Incidents; • The monitoring of the actions and the support for their correct implementation, in accordance with the criteria Organizational and Methodological Established; • Support for the Training and Technical Support of the Professionals Involved, with the Purpose of Homogenizing the Application of the Interventions; • Coordination with the agents of the territory and with the partners of the Project, Including Functional Coordination in the Cross-Border Area; • The preparation of reports, records and technical and operational documentation, as well as support for the justification of the actions developed.
