This pre-training notice relates to the future global public design-construction contract aimed at modernizing the sports lighting at the Accor Arena in Paris In accordance with articles R. 2131-1 to R. 2131-3 of the public procurement code, the buyer can make known his intention to enter into a contract by publishing a pre-information notice. This notice is a pre-information notice. It manifests the buyer's intention to enter into a deal. It does not constitute a procedure for award, neither a call for applications, nor a contractual commitment. It does not require any response or submission of technical elements at this stage. The objective is to inform economic operators of a future market and to enable them to organize themselves in advance for: - anticipate the formation of a possible group; - mobilize the study and production capacities necessary for tailor-made projectors; - take note of the estimated timetable for the procedure.
