object of the contract : this notice concerns an application. This ordinary market project is entered into a negotiated procedure with prior publicity pursuant to articles 21, 64 to 66 of the 2016-361 decree of 25 march 2016 relating to public defense or security markets. Place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services: naval base of toulon 83000 toulon quantity or extent: the present march comcarries two sub-systems: handling basin: supply and installation of two gantry cranes, evolving on rails (not included in the market) over a basin. The gantries will have a maximum working load of 5 tonnes for a run of about 160m and a range of about 30m.les benefits include studies, factory manufacturing, transportation to the naval base of toulon, the implementation on site as well as qualifications some of which includenuclear safety requirements. Hauling / guidance: realization of a towing system over a length of about 135m. The system will allow the hauling, guiding and undercutting of submarines using an axial winch and 6 rail guiding carriages included in the market. The services include studies, factory manufacture, transport up to toulon naval base, on-site assembly and qualifications. Useful information deadlineof receipt of tenders: 26/03/2019 at 15h30
