This contract deals with a definition service of the interoperability protocols necessary for the implementation of the individual billing to the compulsory health insurance (AMO) of the versant stays of health institutions (FIDES project). It will be, from a first proposala framework based on work carried out with recognized experts in the interoperability of hospital information systems (HIS) to formalize, within the framework of a working group involving the hospital editors concerned, recommendations for current standardsls, if necessary to propose new standards, allowing the complete urbanization of the exchanges necessary for the implementation of the individual invoicing of the stays. The details of the expected services are given in the special technical clauses (CCTP).
