Tender Details

The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum amount is concluded in application of the articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract includes the following services: -The supply of wood fuel necessary for the operation of the wood boiler of the Le Ruisseau school group - GS 13 (purchase order service), -Preventive maintenance (global and fixed price service), -Corrective maintenance (purchase order service) of heating equipment, domestic hot water production, air conditioning, air treatment, ventilation and smoke extraction from sites described in article 1.2 of the CCTP
