This contract concerns a consulting architect-urban planner mission for the creation of the ZAC Multisites de Louvigny. This ZAC was the subject of a development concession, entrusted to the group led by NEXITY FONCIER CONSEIL following a formalized procedure. The holder of this contract will be responsible for assisting the city of Louvigny in the urban, architectural and landscape coordination of the ZAC project which will relate to the areas to be built, whatever their use (housing, shops, craft activities, etc.), and public spaces to be created within the scope of the operation. He will have to question and evaluate each project of the concessionaire and its project management in order to consolidate the most resilient and adapted as possible, on all aspects of design, so as to ensure the residents and users of the ZAC the best living and habitable conditions for decades to come.
