this consultation concerns work related to the rehabilitation of the institute of biological physics concerning in vivo multimodal translational imaging (i2mt). The project consists in developing the clinical and preclinical imaging platform "imagines" of the icube laboratory through the translational multimodal in-vivo imaging (i2mt) project as well as the development of the pet mri platform. It is part of the direct continuation of the project imagerie de romedical and surgical botique (irmc) which allowed the installation, in 2014, of a very high field 7t mri for the small animal at the ipb.

lot n01:
demolitions - structural work - curage
meadowlot lot comprises: - site installation, - cleaning and non-structural demolition work, - structural demolition work, - concrete works armed with external facilities (bicycle shelter, low walls, benches, stairs .. .), - the creations and filling of floors, - the reinforcement of existing floors - the opening creation works, - the new masonry partitions, - the work of filling openings and partitions in masonry, - the workx restructuring of the existing lift shaft, - sawing and restoration of the pavement at the level of the buried networks and massifs to be created. The description of the work is detailed in the cctp. The market provides on this lot an optional slice no1 entitled 'pierre de taille'. A mandatory visit for lot 01 in particular will be organized on friday, april 06, 2018. Appointment is given at 2.30 pm in front of the entrance of the building (location plan in the dce).lot n02:
cover - zinc
resumption of the zinc cover joined standing at the right of the fireplace demolished; supply and implementation of elastomeric bilayer waterproofing laid on insulation. The description of the work is detailed in the cctp.

exterior steel joinery - occultations - locksmithing - metallery - cladding
supply and installation: - steel frame in existing rebate; - interior blackout blinds; - steel door unitsisolated; - steel doors; - a support frame for cladding; - perforated corrugated aluminum cladding with acoustic insulation; and realization of a metal staircase. The description of the work is detailed in the cctp. The market provides on this lot an optional slice no1 entitled 'replacement of the exterior joinery of the floors of the south facade of the building post 1945', as well as an optional slice no2 entitled 'replacement of the exterior joinery of the facade floors oreast'.

removal of material asbestos and all ancillary and related work. The description of the work is detailed in the cctp.
lot n05:
interior wood joinery
supply and installation of isoplane door block with tubular core; supply and installation of mortise-locking cane lock; realization of a set menuise suspended / embedded in a partition plaster according to the detail architect; the description ofwork is detailed in article 3 of the cctp.
lot n06:
tiles - faience - screed - ragreage.
soil preparation works, thin fiber reagging; implementation of a liquid tightness system under tiles; supply and installation of porcelain tiles, implementation of a colored epoxy resin floor covering; supply and installation of an open and rollable entrance mat; realization of a podotactile band; implementation of a water protection system under thisrrelage. coating of soft floors.
soil preparation work; supply and installation of waterproof eyes; realization of a thin fiber grating; supply and implementation of an acoustic linoleum coating; variant: supply and implementation of an acoustic pvc coating. The description of the work is detailed in article 3 of the cctp.
lot no 08:
painting - wall cladding.
misie of acrylic paint washable on walls and ceilings and an alkyd-urethane paint on metallic elements; implementation of a water-based satin floor paint on a new concrete floor and an exterior acrylic paint on concrete crepis; as well as filling and cleaning work. The description of the work is detailed in article 3 of the cctp.
lot n09:
electricity.
the descriptions of the cctp are general; they describe the installations teto be specifically implemented in this project. The technical characteristics of the materials are detailed in the technical specifications tables. The limits of services included in the common technical clauses book, best identify all the limits of inter-batch services in order to establish the bases of a good coordination between the lots and to obtain a complete work in order of march . These three documents form the cctp of lot 09 et are inseparable. The rest of the document consists of the specific chapter or chapters describing the services to be provided for each project entity. Option 1: replacement of the fire safety system; option 2: replacement of rdc and n1 tables. A mandatory visit concerning lot 09 in particular will be organized on friday, april 06, 2018. lot n10:climate genius.
the works include: - the adaptation of existing installations according to the needs of the project - the distribution and the emission of heat - the distribution and the emission of cold - the renewal of air of the premises - the specific extractions - the replacement thermostatic heads - the electricity and the equipment regulation of this lot - gtb. The cctp details the content of the work to be done. Optional slice 1: pet mri refresh. Ua mandatory visit concerning lot 10 in particular will be organized on friday 06 april 2018. Appointment is given at 2.30 pm in front of the entrance to the building (location plan in the dce).
lot n11:
sanitary.
as part of the plumbing - sanitary works, all the following services (detailed at the cctp) will be provided: - softened water production, - domestic hot water production, - drinking cold water distribution, d softened water and domestic hot water, - evacuation of wastewater and sewage, - eu1 - ev2 networks under paving, - supply, installation and connection of sanitary appliances, - connection of wet benches, - electricity, regulation. elevator.
this elevator will be of design without local of machineryclosed loop frequency variation with sheathed integrated motor. Any device should be provided in view of this feature. The description of the work is detailed in article 3 of the cctp.

outdoor amenagement - highways.
