This is a heavy rehabilitation operation involving all trades in an existing building as well as the creation of an extension enabling the following objectives to be achieved: - Increase the reception capacity of the creche from 25 to 42 Places Improve the Center's Reception QualitySocial Through the Creation of Additional Activity Spaces - Rehabilitate the Existing Building to Create a More Pleasant and Functional Setting for Users and Staff. - Optimize Energy Performance and Improve the Comfort of the Existing Building.
