LThis consultation, broken down into 3 lots, concerns the supply of individual (including vermicomposting kits and bio-buckets) and collective composting equipment, as well as the storage and distribution of individual composting kits for the European Metropolis of Lille. (MEL).

Ststorage and distribution of individual composting kits (lot 3)

The market for the storage and distribution of individual composting kits is a framework agreement with purchase orders. It is a single beneficiary and will be concluded with only 1 holder. The minimum amount over the duration of the market (i.e. twenty (20)month) is 100, 000 euros excluding tax. The maximum amount over the duration of the contract (i.e. twenty (20) months) is 500, 000 euros excluding tax.

Supply of individual composting equipment (lot 1)

The contract for the supply of individual composting equipment (lot 1) is a master purchase order agreement. He is mono-attributary and will be concluded with only 1 holder. The minimum amount over the four-year duration of the contract is 500, 000 euros excluding tax. The maximum amount over the four-year duration of the contract is 2, 000, 000 euros excluding tax.
