Third Place Description:The Third Place of Bussum is an open and accessible place where the Bussum Center Library, Bussum Film House and Scala Music and Education Center and possibly third parties offer space together with residents to learn, experience, create, meet and connect. The Client wants an agreement for the design of several scenarios from which the Municipal Council can make a choice. The architect must accept that the design process is uncertain and partly depends on political ambitions and financial scope. In the best scenario, the architect is given the green light to further develop a scenario (sketch design, space study) in a VO, DO and also professionally assists the client during the development and construction of the Third place.
