The purpose of this contract is Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) for external or internal inter-application exchanges managed by the business applications information system (SIAM) division of the Biomedicine Agency (ABM) implemented on the platform. ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) currently TIBCO in version BW 6 or on the ETL PowerCenter Informatica platform currently in version 10.5.1. The purposes of this contract are as follows: • Guarantee the maintenance in good working order of the existing and future exchanges, as well as their developments. • Develop new exchanges. • Support the Agency in the implementation of its solutions thanks to the expertise of the holder, in particular the optimization and evolution of the technical architecture and the operation of the ESB Tibco platform (possible migration to another solution, support for administration, optimization and evolution of the technical architecture). • The operation of the ETL PowerCenter platform is not part of of this market.
