The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL (SITE 2). Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 19PM0723Q0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-01/ 01/31/2023.

Additional Requirements for this acquisition:
• Offers are reminded to submit form 52.212-3 “Offers Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items”; and a completed item table signed below, or complete detailed, signed offer. Local guarantee and serviceable.
• This is a brand-name or equal solicitation. Any brand names are for reference only and bidders may offer equivalent brands.
• Partial offers are allowed.
• This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Government to make any award and the U.S. Government may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
• The successful offeror is required to be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) prior to contract award.
• Awarded Contractor will provide US Embassy Panama City with a description of the Standard Warranty conditions, indicating expiration date.
Delivery Date: Please refer to attachment #1 - Delivery Schedule. First delivery 15 days after award.
Delivery Place: Ocu-s Town Hall (Alcaldia), Ocu, Herrera Province, Republic of Panama. No other delivery locations will be considered for this acquisition.
