The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Thermotron Portable Temperature Conditioner & Accessories (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Thermotron Industries, 291 Kollen Park Drive, Holland, Michigan 49423. This equipment is required to conform with other similar equipment already in place and is compatible with the controls used, required for testing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5071 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
