In the TCP, please indicate the cost, deadlines, as well as provide a price calculation (in excel, pdf formats). The terms of reference for the request can be found in the attachment to the letter. Please send the technical proposal before July 20, 2026 (inclusive) to the specialist of the SC PJSC Forward Energo Zabelina Natalya Viktorovna by email [email protected]. If it is impossible to provide TCP, please send an official refusal. For questions regarding the Terms of Reference, please contact the head of the technical and production department of the Tyumen CHPP-2, Sergei Ivanovich Lumpov, by phone + 79829702145, by mail [email protected].
